National Stroke Conference 2024
The Irish Heart Foundation in conjunction with the Council of Stroke Ireland appointed us to create, produce and manage their 2024 National Stroke Conference held at Croke Park, Dublin.
250 attendees registered, made up of professionals such as Geriatricians, Stroke Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists and others.
We designed the visual identity for the event and designed and developed the registration page with accompanying QR code, which also enabled an online ticket purchase function. The registration page also allowed for Abstract submissions to be uploaded.
Pre event and on the day, we managed the venue logistics, complex AV setup requirements, room lighting and the client’s master deck broadcast on multiple screens, as well as exhibitor requirements. Finally, we also produced all print collateral for the event such as posters and attendee lanyards.
