POI Janssen Event

Precision Oncology Ireland (POI), hosted the “Enabling Precision Oncology in Irish Healthcare” event in collaboration with Janssen Sciences Ireland. Talks and expert panel discussions around vital healthcare policy dimensions of precision oncology were live-streamed. This event featured leading voices in academia, industry, healthcare and patient advocacy.

A live event with in-room audience, streamed to a broad online audience via our customer event platform. The custom event platform consisted of registration functions, speaker bios, interactive chats, Q&As.

We ensured that all speakers were presented clearly for the online viewers through multiple cameras set up to capture all angles.

Attendee interaction was an important feature of the day’s event, and our platform fully enabled a Chat function, Q&A’s, and emoji buttons for audience members to respond with likes, hearts and applause. Ahead of the event, a full social campaign was created to advertise the event, drive registrations, add to calendar and view speaker bios.
